EKU PR Students "SOAR" During Government Internship

What started as a class project for the Eastern Kentucky University Department of Communication’s Public Relations Writing course, turned into a summer internship opportunity for a selected group of class participants.

Eastern Builds Future Leaders

The leadership division of Student Life is launching a new opportunity for first year students attending Eastern Kentucky University called, “Emerging Leaders.” The program allows students to ignite their leadership path and get a jumpstart on their involvement at Eastern.

New Project Pairs EKU Corbin Students with Local Elementary and Middle Schools

The Middle School and Elementary Education Methods students from the Eastern Kentucky University Corbin campus worked with over 200 7th grade Corbin Middle School students (approximately 100 each day) to test the waters of Moore’s Creek, which is a small creek near the middle school.
